Full Strength Performance Training is the most comprehensive personal training company in the midwest. We have been serving the Chicagoland area since 1997.  We offer a wide variety of services to meet your health & fitness needs.

 

What makes us different?

The focus at Full Strength Performance Training is to make change and that comes with being true to our values.  We are a small private business that is NOT STRUCTURED to bring in as many clients as possible.  Our focus is to help make a difference and we expect as much out of ourselves as we do of you.  We do not hide behind management and company policies to avoid dealing with people.  Our business is structured on quality not quantity.

At FSPT we appreciate and value how little time there is in a given week to accomplish all the things we want to do. We understand that people would rather not exercise given the choices of doing something else.  However nothing is more critical to the health and well being of an individual as to a well structured exercise program.  There is not one single thing you can do to have a better impact on your mind, body, spirit and emotional state than 60 minutes of exercise.  Anyone who has done a good hour of activity will tell you that.   Having said that, we know our job is to figure out how to help you exercise in a consistent and safe manner, despite the numerous excuses that may come up.   That is what makes us different.
